Guiding Principles at IndiGo

  • At IndiGo, we recognize the value of a diverse workforce. We are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and creating an inclusive workplace and work culture where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate between employees when it comes to remuneration, which is dependent on a number of factors such as experience, technical skills and academic background, among others.
  • We consider workforce diversity to be a business imperative and strive to ensure that it is representative of all sections of society. We believe that by doing so, we would be better equipped to develop and deliver accessible and inclusive products and services. In this way, we hope to be able to meet the needs of our clients and customers better, ensuring business excellence.
  • All Policies at IndiGo are non-discriminatory. We are committed to creating a supportive and understanding work environment in which all individuals feel welcome, respected, and heard. Where they can realize their full potential, regardless of gender, race, color, religion, caste, creed, ethnicity, origin, language, social and economic status, sexual orientation, differently-abled status, marital status, nationality, age, family status, and maternity status.
  • Conscious efforts are made to remove all discriminatory behavior at our workplace.
