  1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), offers to its customers special all-inclusive one-way fares on select domestic and select international sectors and discounted Add-Ons for flight bookings made through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) or IndiGo 6ESkai or IndiGo WhatsApp (+917065145858) or through select Travel Partner’s website/mobile app from 00:01 hours on May 14, 2025 up to 23:59 hours on May 18, 2025 (“Offer Period”) for travel period from June 01, 2025 till September 15, 2025 (“Offer”)
  2. During the Offer Period, all-inclusive (one-way) fares (“Fares”)* start from INR 1,199/- for select domestic sectors and INR 4,599 for select international sectors as per mentioned below.

    * The Fares are subject to surge pricing and inventory availability on each flight.

  3. Additionally, IndiGo is offering discount on the following ancillaries (“Add-ons”) during the Offer Period**:
    • Free middle seat selection for two or more than two pax. (Free middle seat offer is not applicable on front extra legroom seat, emergency extra legroom seat, premium rows and ATR flights.)
    • Up to 50% off on pre-paid excess baggage for domestic and on 15kg, 20kg & 30kg for international sectors.
    • 10% off on pre-book meals.
    • Up to 50% off on Fast forward.
    • Emergency XL (Extra legroom) seats starting INR 699 for domestic sectors and INR 799 for international sectors.
    • Up to 30% off on 6E Prime, 6E Seat & Eat.

    ** Discount on Add-ons vary depending on the sector, flight schedule, journey type.

  4. The Offer is valid for only IndiGo operated, non-stop and connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
  5. The Offer is valid only on IndiGo one-way and round-trip bookings.
  6. The Offer is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the Offer will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
  7. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
  8. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
  9. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
  10. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
  11. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  12. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
  13. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
  14. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
  15. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Offer Period

 

The Offer is valid from 29th April 2025 to 20th May 2025 (including both the dates) (“Offer Period”)

 

 

Terms prescribed by Parties for the Offer to the Cardmembers
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer ongoing offer on the Website.
  • The Offer is valid on domestic and international flights bookings offered by IndiGo except codeshare bookings.
  • The Company will enable instant discount for Cardmembers of Federal Bank credit card only when the Promo Code shall be entered by the Cardmember at the time of payment.
  • The offer is valid only on All days from 29th April to 20th May 2025.
  • The Dom Flight Offer is valid only on a minimum booking amount of INR 5000/- (inclusive of taxes) and onwards.
  • The Hotel offer is valid on a Min Booking amount if INR 5000/- (Inclusive of taxes) and onwards.
  • The INT Flight Offer is valid on the flight booking transactions of minimum value of INR 20,000/- (inclusive of taxes) and onwards.
  • Discount will be applied on One way and Round Trip on regular fares (Saver, Flexi, Super 6E).
  • The hotel offer is valid only on Selected Hotels.
  • The Offer can be redeemed only once per Card, Per Product, per month during the Offer Period and shall be applied to the first valid transaction made on the Card during the Offer Period.
  • All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding flight bookings, rescheduling and cancellation should be taken up by Cardmembers directly with IndiGo.
  • The Offer is non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
  • All bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to all terms and conditions (available at www.goindigo.in) as applicable to the Cardmember’s Flight Booking, including IndiGo’s conditions of carriage.
  • The Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
  • The Offer is designed for "Business to Customers transactions only. Hold bookings (incomplete payments made under a PNR) or group bookings (bookings with 9 passengers or more booked under the same PNR) for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo Flight Bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than those listed in point 1 above, are not eligible for the Offer.
  • In case of partial/full cancellation of the flight booking, the Offer stands void and the Cardmember will not be eligible for the discount.
  • If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Cardmember shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling/cancellation fees.
  • The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of the Company. Neither the Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
  • These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Off shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
  • Federal Bank Credit card and the Company reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer and/or add, amend, or replace all or any of the terms of this offer whether similar to this offer or not, without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, Federal Bank credit card and the Company reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer.
  • In the event of any misuse of Offer by the Cardmember, Federal Bank Credit card and the Company reserves the right to deny the Offer, or the Company reserves the right to cancel the flight booking.
  • Federal Bank credit card and the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Cardmember, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
  • The decision of Federal Bank credit card and the Company with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Cardmember and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
  • By making the flight Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Cardmember (i) confirms that the Cardmember’s participation in the Offer is voluntary; (ii) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions and (iii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)

The Cardmember should expect a response within 48 hours of raising the query. The Agreement shall govern the Offer terms, except that any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Offer terms will be resolved in favour of the Offer terms if the Offer terms explicitly state that it is intended to modify the conflicting terms of this Agreement. In all other cases, the terms of this Agreement would supersede the Offer terms.
