1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), offers to its customers discount of INR 800 on the base fare of Stretch/Business and Stretch+/Business on flight bookings made through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) from 00:01 hours on March 19, 2025 up to 23:59 hours on April 20, 2025 (“ Offer Period”) for direct flights between Delhi and Bengaluru (DEL-BLR and BLR–DEL), Delhi and Chennai (DEL-MAA and MAA–DEL) sectors.(“Offer”).
2. The Offer is valid for IndiGo non-stop flights and connecting flights only and does not apply to codeshare flights.
3. The Offer is valid on IndiGo one-way bookings and round-trip bookings and doesn’t apply to multi-city bookings.
4. The Offer is valid for Stretch/Business and Stretch+/Business fare only and doesn’t apply to Economy (Saver, Flexi Plus & Super 6E fares).
5. The Offer is subject to limited inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo. Discounts pursuant to the Offer are not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes and levies.
   
6. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
7. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
8. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings/hold bookings.
9. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at www.goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions. 
   
10. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify either of the Offers at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
11. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
12. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
13. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
14. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
