PNRs that are eligible for Retro Claim of IndiGo BluChips within 90 days period from the date of travel:
- PNRs where the flight booking name is an exact match with the name in IndiGo BluChip Account.
- PNRs on which journey has been completed.
- PNRs that are not cancelled.
- PNRs that are booked as revenue tickets/non-redemption tickets.
- PNRs of flights which are marketed and operated by IndiGo.
- PNRs of flights which are marketed by IndiGo and operated by Codeshare partners.
