PNRs that are eligible for Retro Claim of IndiGo BluChips within 90 days period from the date of travel:

  1. PNRs where the flight booking name is an exact match with the name in IndiGo BluChip Account.
  2. PNRs on which journey has been completed.
  3. PNRs that are not cancelled.
  4. PNRs that are booked as revenue tickets/non-redemption tickets.
  5. PNRs of flights which are marketed and operated by IndiGo.
  6. PNRs of flights which are marketed by IndiGo and operated by Codeshare partners.

PNRs that are not eligible for Retro Claim of IndiGo BluChips:

  1. PNRs that are older than 90 days from the date of travel.
  2. PNRs where the flight booking name is not an exact match with the name in IndiGo BluChip Account.
  3. PNRs made on charter flights.
  4. PNRs made on group booking fare.
  5. PNRs that are on-hold i.e flight reservation has been temporarily made but the payment and confirmation is pending.
  6. PNRs made on industry discount fares/special internet fares.
  7. PNRs on which journey has not been completed.
  8. PNRs that have been cancelled.
  9. PNRs generated as redemption bookings, where IndiGo BluChips have been redeemed.
  10. PNRs of codeshare flight which are not marketed by IndiGo.
  11. PNRs where the booking is made for anyone other than self.
  12. PNRs generated on certain 6E special flights excluded from the program from time-to-time basis.
  13. PNRs where flight booked is rerouted for reasons beyond IndiGo’s control.
  14. PNRs that have been used to accrue points/miles on other frequent flyer programs.
  15. PNRs where the passenger does not show-up for the flight.
