PNRs that are eligible for Retro Claim of IndiGo BluChips

  1. PNRs that are within 90 days window from the travel date.
  2. PNRs on which journey has been completed.
  3. PNRs that are not cancelled.
  4. PNRs that are booked as revenue tickets/non-redemption tickets.
  5. PNRs of codeshare flights which are marketed and operated by IndiGo.
  6. PNRs where the name on the IndiGo BluChip Account is an exact match with the flight booking name.

PNRs that are not eligible for Retro Claim of IndiGo BluChips

  1. Bookings made on charter flights.
  2. Bookings made on group booking fare.
  3. On-Hold bookings.
  4. Bookings made on industry discount fares/special internet fares.
  5. PNRs that are older than 90 days from the date of travel.
  6. PNRs on which journey has not been completed/partially completed.
  7. PNRs that have been cancelled.
  8. PNRs generated as redemption bookings, where IndiGo BluChips have been redeemed.
  9. PNRs of codeshare flight which are not marketed by IndiGo.
  10. PNRs where the name on the IndiGo BluChip Account is not an exact match with the flight booking name.
  11. PNRs where the booking is made for anyone other than self.
  12. PNRs generated on certain 6E special flights excluded from the program from time-to-time basis.
  13. PNRs generated under the SLT(Staff Travel) category.
  14. PNRs generated for Duty or Official travel.
  15. PNRs where flight booked is rerouted for reasons beyond IndiGo’s control.
  16. PNRs that have been used to accrue points/miles on other frequent flyer programs.
