In order for IndiGo to provide complete assistance, customers with a medical condition are requested to provide medical information as per the medical information form at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
Please note:
- Detailed Medical Certificate must accompany this completed form.
- On Completion, this form must be submitted to the Medical Department, Delhi for approval.
