Is a negative RT-PCR report required for all domestic flights? 

Government mandates for each state are varying and updated on a frequent basis. It is therefore advised for you to check the latest State-wise guidelines before travel. 

Can I fly if my RT-PCR report hasn’t arrived before my flight time? 

If your destination city/state mandates a negative RT-PCR report, then you must carry the same to be allowed boarding from your origin station. 

How can I modify my booking? 

You may go to Edit Booking, enter the details to fetch your existing booking and then proceed to change it as per your plan. 

Is Plan B different from Edit Booking? 

If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled from our end, Plan B lets you change the time and/or date of your flight or cancel and process refund, at no extra cost.

If you change your plans and need to reschedule your flight booking, Edit Booking lets you do that. All you need to do is retrieve your itinerary by entering the details asked for and make changes. 

How can I track my flight status? 

To know the status of your flight, go to Flight Status, enter your flight details and click on search button. 

Is it mandatory to wear a mask during travel? 

Yes, it is compulsory to wear a mask at all times throughout your journey, be it at the airport or inside the flight. It helps you, your fellow passengers and us stay safe. 

I am unable to connect with customer care. What do I do?

Travel advisory: Safety during COVID-19

We seek your kind assistance to safeguard your well-being, as well as that of your fellow passengers and our crew on board our flights, by following the guidelines set out below:

  • All customers should wear a mask and sanitize their hands before proceeding to the boarding gate.
  • Customers must wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth, throughout their journey with IndiGo. The mask may be removed only while eating and drinking.
  • Please maintain appropriate social distancing while boarding and de-boarding the aircraft.
  • Kindly adhere to all the announcements and other directives issued by our ground staff and/or crew at all points of time during your journey.
