Terms prescribed by Parties for the Offer to the Cardmembers

• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• The Cardmember eligible to redeem this offer must be a resident citizen of India and over 18 years of age.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer ongoing offer on the Website or app.
• The Offer is valid on domestic and international flights bookings offered by IndiGo except codeshare bookings.
• Instant discount is available only when the Promo Code shall be entered by the Cardmember at the time of payment.
• The Offer is valid on the flight booking transactions of minimum value of INR 1000/- (inclusive of taxes) and onwards.
• Discount will be applied on One way and Round Trip on regular fares (Saver, Flexi, Super 6E).
• Instant discount will be calculated on base fare excluding taxes and exclusive of convenience fee. Base Fare is a part of Air fare which includes CUTE charges and RCF Charges. (Airfare = Base Fare + CUTE charges +RCF charges)
• Limited inventory is available for the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to the Cardmembers, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
• The Offer can be available only once per Card during the Offer Period and shall be applied to the first valid transaction made on the Card during the Offer Period.
• All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding flight bookings, rescheduling and cancellation should be taken up by Cardmembers directly with IndiGo.

• The Offer is designed for "Business to Customers transactions only. Hold bookings (incomplete payments made under a PNR) or group bookings (bookings with 9 passengers or more booked under the same PNR) for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo Flight Bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than those listed in point 1 above, are not eligible for the Offer.
• In case of partial/full cancellation of the flight booking, the Offer stands void and the Cardmember will not be eligible for the discount.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Cardmember shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of the Company. Neither the Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
• These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
• Bank and the Company reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer and/or add, amend, or replace all or any of the terms of this offer whether similar to this offer or not, without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.
