What are the key features of Stretch for customers?

  1. Stretch customers can enjoy  a host of complimentary benefits such as no convenience fee, comfortable and spacious recliner seating, enhanced  legroom, specially curated vegetarian   meal  box, beverages, and advance seat selection at no additional charge  along with priority check-in and anytime boarding.
  2. Each seat is equipped with  USB-C connectivity, a 3-pin universal power outlet and PED (personal electronic device)  holder to enhance the travel experience.
  3. Stretch customers also enjoy higher check-in baggage and cabin baggage allowance  and lower  change and cancellation charges.

How can I upgrade my economy booking to the Stretch Cabin?

To upgrade a customer's economy booking to the Stretch Cabin, the customer will need to cancel their current booking and create a new one for the Stretch Cabin. Please be aware that the relevant cancellation fees and any fare differences will apply. Once completed, all features and terms and conditions of the Stretch Cabin will be applicable to the new booking.

What is the refund process in the event of an involuntary downgrade?

If the customer experiences an involuntary downgrade, the customer will receive a Plan B notification over WhatsApp/SMS with the following three options:

Partial Refund and Alternative Seat Option:

  1. 75% of ticket value to be refunded Plus alternative option in Main cabin (Economy) to be offered in the same flight

Open Flight Option:

  1. Future Travel: Customer can choose to travel in the Stretch cabin on any flight within the plus 7 days or minus 2 days from the date of travel

Full Refund:

  1. Cancellation: Customer can opt to cancel the flight and receive a full refund of the ticket value
